You may have noticed that we have been making some tweaks to the online store experience. However, if you haven’t seen, then allow me to go over some of the changes we have implemented that set the foundations for future improvements to the shopping experience on our website.
Firstly, we have added the ability to pay by credit and debit cards natively, rather than having to go through PayPal. The ability to pay by card without using PayPal has been a requested feature, especially for business users where some cards become linked to specific PayPal accounts.
For card payments, we are now using Stripe, which is a simple, secure service that has become one of the leading solutions for online card payments in the last few years. Many large companies trust Stripe for their online card payments, including Microsoft, Google, Uber, Expedia, Deliveroo, Booking.com and more.
However, you are still able to use PayPal if you prefer, and we will be looking at new, and alternative ways to pay in the future so that there is a preferred option for as many people as possible.
That’s not all, we have started rolling out new products, such as biodegradable, eco-friendly bubble-wrap, and will be looking at more options soon.
